Salvatore’s $20K Giveaway – 2020 Rules and Regulations:

• Must be 18 years or older to enter.  All services relating to the prize must be performed within a 50 mile radius of Buffalo, NY.
• Contest void where prohibited by law.  Prize has NO cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable to anyone other the the wedding winners.
• Any deposits or purchases paid for prior to winning are not refundable as prize.
• The value of the prize is based on the services included.  Actual value may be more or less.  The winner may use each of the services provided or they may decide not to.  Services are based on the availability of each vendor and each vendor will do their best to accommodate the winner.  Salvatore’s Italian Gardens Inc. does not guarantee that any, or all, of the services will be available.
• Wedding date must be on or before June 30, 2021.
• Winner agrees to participate in any promotional photographs and/or videos and releases all rights of the photographs and videos to Salvatore’s Italian Gardens Inc and the participating vendors in the 25K Wedding Giveaway to use on television, web and print.
• Sponsor and vendor services included are subject to change.  Salvatore’s Italian Gardens Inc. is not responsible for booking services for other vendors.  Winner is responsible for contacting each specific vendor to get contract in place.
• Winners are responsible for paying applicable taxes, gratuity, surcharges and fees.
• The final four couples must be present to win at a reception held on Tuesday, March 24 at 6pm.  If a couple is unable to attend, they will automatically resign from contest.
• All participants agree to the rules and regulations listed above.
